The Company
Our client operates a luxury family country house hotel set in the heart of the Cornwall countryside. Located on the South Cornish coast overlooking a local fishing port this hotel is in the ideal location for a perfect getaway. With the hotel also boasting a two rosette restaurant and full spa facilities there is nothing more you could ask for. 
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Commis Chef for their kitchen brigade. The role will include assisting the kitchen team to produce food consistently to a two-rosette standard. This role will suit a Commis Chef looking to gain experience working in a fine dining kitchen or an existing fine dining chef looking for a new challenge in this beautiful location.
