Pastry Chef Job Description

Pastry chef, Palestine
This 5* hotel of an international chain is looking for a Pastry Chef to join their team.
Pastry Chef managing a team of around 5-6 employees and report directly to the Executive Chef. The opening of this hotel is planned for mid of May 2010.
Candidates need to be experienced Assistant Pastry Chefs/Pastry Chefs in 5* hotels, have gained working experience in Europe and have a strong knowledge of European bakery and pastry. Candidates should also have gained some international experience.
