The Company
Our client operates a modern day country inn set just a few minutes from the old market town of Newbury. Beautifully refurbished, this country inn now offers a welcoming bar, 25 bedrooms, meeting room facilities and a stunning, high ceilinged restaurant. Offering the very best rustic, fresh, seasonal food this restaurant is in the hands of a talented, dedicated team of front of house and kitchen staff. The restaurant is hoping to gain two-rosette recognition within the year.
The role
We are looking to recruit a rosette experienced Chef de Partie and Demi Chef, and a strong Commis Chef for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a high standard and assisting the kitchen team with their pursuit of two rosettes. Successful applicants should have knowledge of rosette kitchens. Due to the rural location your own transport is essential.

·    Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
·    Experience in 1/2 Rosette awarded fine dinning professional kitchens is desirable.
·    Excellent organisation and communication skills.
·    A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.
·    Career minded individuals wishing to excel.
