Executive Pastry Chef and Head Baker  
5 * resort in Mexico require a Pastry executive with proven management exposure.
This role will require fluent Spanish and an expertise in Pastry. You will be leading a team of 20, they will need your training and supervision, inspiration!. Up to 2,500 banqueting and multiple outlet responsibility  (restaurant X 5, cafeteria X 3, etc) .
A modern approach to pastry and the ability to lead and strong organisational skills are a must for this leading and busy resort.
An excellent package with benefits is offered.
