To take charge of a highly exclusive kitchen operation, responsible for three different outlets that are served by one central kitchen. The kitchen is situated in a complex composed of three high end outlets that vary from a branded café lounge, a VIP restaurant, to a Cigar lounge.
The candidate will be required to set and prepare standard menus and recipes, manage the kitchen brigade, prepare and execute control measures related to all aspects of the kitchen operation.
The candidate must possess extensive gourmet knowledge with the ability to adapt creative fusion cuisine recipes derived from the local traditional cuisine and world cuisines, featuring artistic presentation methods on the final product.
A 5* quality demonstrated background required, good command of written and oral English, excellent package.
