The Company
Our client operates a stunning 5* hotel set in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Boasting its own full spa facilities, perfectly refurbished hotel rooms and picturesque grounds, all set in the shadow of a classic, historic English country house. Unsurprisingly for a hotel of this calibre, it also boasts a beautiful restaurant serving imaginative, skilfully prepared, seasonal dishes.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef, Breakfast Chef and Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The role will include consistently producing food to a high standard and assisting the kitchen team in the smooth running of all services. Candidates should have a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Successful applicants should have previous knowledge of rosette level, professional kitchens.
