Chef de Partie Job Description

SUMMER SEASON IN GREECE - APRIL TO OCTOBER
 
Sous Chef - £535 pcm
Amazing opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to lead by example. Along with the Head Chef build a professional, efficient and enjoyable kitchen environment that will be motivated to produce a consistently high quality meal service in both buffet and A la Carte styles. You will have proven experience in all areas of food preparation and design.
 
Chef de Partie - £415 pcm
Fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to develop their skills. Ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, professional and assist in providing and efficient service within a team.
 
Commis Chef - £355 pcm
Opportunity for NVQ level one and two food prep and cooking college levers to gain skills working in a large hotel kitchen. On going training provided.
 
All positions are based on working between April and October. Meals and accommodation provided.
 
(These positions are are based within hotels that supply active holidays and therefore would suit chefs that enjoy the outdoor life. Activities are available to staff free of charge)
