Camp Housing Manager - Oil & Gas Contactor
The Role
Principal responsibility for the Management and Maintenance of The Companies residential housing estates facilities including the surrounding areas within the campground parameters. This will also include overseeing a large new extension to the housing facitities this will in two years double the current accommodation on site
Key aims and Objectives
·To ensure that clients residing in the housing estates are satisfied with the provided services
·To ensure that the properties are maintained to a high quality standard
·To ensure that the properties are refurbished with high quality assets
·To ensure that central facilities is providing quality and prompt support for required maintenance services
·To ensure that staff attendance is prompt and performance is diligent
To ensure that the catering manager is performing his responsibilities diligently and efficiently
Prime Responsibilities and Duties
·Accountable for Maintaining the Campground in coordination with central facilities
·Accountable for Weekly Provision Distribution
·Accountable for Procurement and Distribution of Soft Furniture
·Accountable for ImprestAccount management
·Accountable for sub-store management & control
·Accountable for monitoring stock levels to all materials,provisions and re-ordering are required
·Accountable for Monitoring, Controlling Staff Attendance, Performance and Allocation
·Accountable for discharging propane and subscribed services subscriptions renewals
·Accountable for Laundry Services Management
·Accountable for Holding bi-weekly toolbox talks with staff on performance & safety issues
Accountable for the management of the catering facility in coordination with the catering manager
Reports
·Monthly Report covering the following
·Housing Allocation Status
·Progress Status on Assigned Tasks
·Pending issues
·Man hours
Summary of monthly retirement (cash expense)
The Person
·College graduate or equivalent
·Minimum of 5 years experience of work as a camp or estate manager or equivalent type of job
·Sound knowledge of various properties maintenance aspects
·Good communication and inter-personal skills with ability to communicate well with other departments
·Culturally Aware and adept at operating in a multi-cultural environment
·High level of integrity and ethical behaviour – sets a good example
·Performance/delivery orientated
Willing to commit to 2 -3 years in Nigeria
