The Company
Our client operates a small collection of stunning fresh food Gastro Restaurants in the South West of the UK. With a love and passion for local sourced quality ingredients cooked and served to an exceptional standard and unrivalled service, our client is looking to continue their success with future openings planned.
The role
We are currently recruiting for a Relief Manager to join this small collection of properties. Based across a few sites your role will be to rotate around each property, filling the staffing gaps and assisting each of the General Managers with running their respective properties.
Working at an Assistant Manager level, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily running of each site. Working 5 days of 7, each day will be different and may involve a different number of days at each property.
The ideal Relief Manager will have previous experience working in a Gastro Pub environment and be confident in their abilities. A strong experience in food led property would be a huge advantage. The Relief Manager must have access to their own transport in order to fulfil this role.
Travel expenses are paid for this position along with potential overnight accommodation at each property if required.

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
·    Professional experience at a minimum of Assistant Manager level with in a similar environment.
·    A confident Manager coming form a Gastro Pub environment.
·    Food led background with a passion for service.
·    Friendly, approachable and out going nature.
·    Excellent organisation, service and communication skills.
·    A natural passion for food and maintaining standards.
·    Career minded individuals wishing to excel.
