Our client operates a well-established, award winning pub located in a peaceful Oxfordshire town overlooking the church green. Also offering accommodation this pub offers a choice of 11 rooms. The food served here is prepared lovingly by dedicated chefs, using only the freshest, seasonal produce. Located in the town centre this pub is popular with locals and tourists alike.
The role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative team who are looking for a challenge, with a sense of vision and presence about them to meet the needs of the loyal client base of this village pub. As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for working with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of this venue.  You must be able to push sales and profit targets, while guiding your team to deliver fantastic service and maintain the unique atmosphere of this venue.

·    Previous experience in a similar operation.
·    Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
