Area Manager Job Description

My client is seeking a senior catering manager to manage its operations ,industrial catering, in Saudi Arabia. This role requires at least 15 years experience of industrial catering and candidates from a recognised leader in this field will be preferred. The successful candidate will have extensive multi-site/volume experience and in handling the P&L. This is a very senior position (country head) and salary/benefits reflect this.
