Our client operates a boutique hotel near the Cornish coast in Devon. Offering fresh, locally sourced food, this hotel prides itself on its 2 AA Rosette awarded restaurant and 3 star accommodation. With superb river views and close by public gardens, this hotel is the perfect place to unwind with either a small snack or a full 6 course tasting menu. Consisting of top quality rooms, a pool house and a committed team, this hotel will be a beautiful pleasure to work for. Applicants applying will need to be suited to a rural lifestyle, living away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join this 2 AA Rosette awarded restaurant located within a beautiful hotel. The chosen Sous Chef will have the drive to succeed along with the ability to control an intimate kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef. The successful candidate will have the ability to nurture, train and progress junior members of the team along with ensuring the quality of food served. Candidates must have experience within a Rosette awarded kitchen and the enthusiasm to gain 3 AA Rosettes within this establishment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to get stuck into a fantastic establishment in beautiful surroundings.
