The Company
Our client operates a historic village inn located on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Also boasting beautiful views over a small picturesque harbour, this inn is the ideal location for a relaxing summer getaway. This inn also boasts an exquisite, locally renowned restaurant. Boasting one rosette and serving only the freshest, seasonal, local ingredients this cooking will really tickle the taste buds.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The role will include consistently producing food to a high standard and assisting the kitchen team in the smooth running of all services. Candidates should have a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Successful applicants should have previous knowledge of top level professional kitchens.
