The Company
Our client operates a beautifully converted mansion house hotel located twenty miles from the historic spa town of Cheltenham. A luxury hotel set in the heart of the Cotswolds countryside; this hotel also boasts an exquisite two-rosette restaurant. With a newly assigned, Michelin starred Head Chef; this restaurant is looking to gain even higher accolades.
The role
We are looking to recruit a multiple rosette experienced Pastry Chef and Sous Chef, to join their kitchen team. The role will include consistently producing food to a two rosette standard and assisting the kitchen team in the smooth running of all services. Candidates should also be ambitious and willing to assist the Head Chef in the pursuit of a third rosette and a Michelin star. Successful applicants should have previous knowledge of multiple rosette kitchens.

·    Experience in multiple Rosettes awarded, fine dinning professional kitchens is desirable.
