The Company
Our client operates one of the finest hotels in the West Midlands. After undertaking a considerable refurbishment, they are in the process of developing and improving their product to take them in the direction of the highest accolades. This spectacular establishment boasts an intimate fine dining experience, fresh Brasserie outlet and banqueting facilities. Our client is now looking to recruit the staff with the right background to take this business in the desired direction.
The role
We are looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager to control either the Fine Dining or Brasserie offering. Working a variety of shifts, key parts of this role will be the face of the food. You will be expected to be welcoming, positive and have a strong knowledge on all items. The ideal candidate will also have good people management skills and the vision to continue the improvement of the product. This is a hands-on position working closely an award-winning Chef. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic and friendly management team with in this aspiring establishment.
