The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager for an established operation in Brussels & Berlin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established worldwide brand with fantastic career progression on offer. We require passionate people that can exceed expectations.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience gained at management level in a high profile establishment for a minimum of 3 years.
The ability to control stock, GPs', costs, budgets, and wastage.
Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
A passion for unparalleled guest services.
A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate, and develop teams to succeed.
