The Company
Our client operates a beautifully constructed retirement village based in a small town on the outskirts of Bath. Offering a full range of accommodation, from one bedroom apartments to three bedroom houses and penthouse apartments this village is designed with the residents needs in mind. On site facilities include a restaurant offering freshly prepared three course lunches, a bar and a doctor’s surgery.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced chef to prepare three course lunches for the residents. The residents expect freshly prepared, simple, nutritious cooking.  As Head Chef you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the kitchen. Previous experience working with fresh, seasonal produce is essential.

·    Previous experience within a quality kitchen environment.
·    Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
·    A fluent grasp of the English language.
