Executive Chef Job Description


Exec Head Chef, Consultant Chef, Moscow
Established group requires exec chef/consultant to help set up and run this 250 cover city centre Mexican themed restaurant. You must have an excellent, demonstrated knowledge of Mexican cuisine at executive/consultant chef level and have a good command of English. Accommodation and visa (if required) provided by this professional outfit. Initially you will be contracted for 1 year. Head chefs with solid background in Mexican cuisine and large operation would be considered. Salary Neg guideline 120k US accm included.
