The Company
Our client operates one of the finest Hotels in the UK. With rooms looking out onto 18th century parkland and lakes this hotel is renowned as a classic luxury hotel. The hotel also boasts three dining rooms, including an exquisite two-rosette award-winning restaurant.
The role
With a very busy food and beverage department candidates must have previous experience in a similar role. As Pastry Sous Chef you will be responsible for liasing with the Head Pastry Chef regarding the smooth running the pastry section. Previous two-rosette Pastry experience is essential. Shifts will comprise of mainly straight shifts based on a 45 - 50 hour week with overtime being paid as acquired. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your self within an ever-growing hotel. Due to the rural location your own transport is a must.

·Previous experience within a top-end level, high volume establishment.
·Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
·Previous Rosette and Pastry experience.
