As Assistant Manager you will be accountable to the Restaurant Manager for the performance of the restaurant on a day to day basis.
A knowledge of P+L accounts, margins and GP's is paramount as well is supervisory/managment experience of a least 3 years.
You will be able to lead a team from the front and by example. Be able to develop and train new team members to the required standard.
