The Company
Our client operates a well-established, award winning country pub located in a peaceful Wiltshire village close to the River Wylye. They are currently half way through a major extension, to include a new bar and kitchen, plus a total of 13 bedrooms. This village inn has a locally renowned reputation for serving fresh, high quality food and attracts people from miles around to experience this.
The role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative team who are looking for a challenge, with a sense of vision and presence about them to meet the needs of the loyal client base of this village pub. As assistant manager you will be responsible for working with the Managers to ensure the smooth running of this venue.  You must be able to push sales and profit targets, while guiding your team to deliver fantastic service and maintain the unique atmosphere of this venue.

·    Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
·    A passion for delivering quality service.
·    Previous experience in a similar operation.
·    Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
·    A full understanding of health and safety laws, and possession of a personal licence.
